It’s got an 8x SuperDrive, a few I/O connectors, a high-quality hard drive and a CPU similarly to the MacBook. I’m guessing the screens fold into the main screen without scratching themselves somehow or they detach. Pretty sweet design. Let’s hope Apple is paying attention. I don’t know about the huge trackpad though.
Speck offers up a new case for the aluminum 13-inch MacBook and 15-inch MacBook Pro that uses a hard shell design for extra protection. The case uses what Speck calls a soft touch See Thru Sating design. The exterior of the case is translucent allowing you to see the Apple logo and some of the case though the protective covering.
Just slip the case made of napa leather on to your Macbook Air. It comes in black and red and is scratch resistant and impact resistant. The detailing is really nice and your laptop will be quite a conversation piece since it can’t make up it’s mind. Is it a Mac or a Dell?

So Apple and Microsoft’s pissing contest continues. Apple has some new ads now. Instead of attacking Vista directly, they now attack Microsoft’s marketing of Vista. After watching this one it seems clear that they are saying less and less with each new ad campaign. It just gets more and more pointless. It’s basically just a “I know you are, but what am I?” type thing. I’m waiting for Microsoft’s next ads to retort, “Infinity!” so we can just all shut up already. Do you guys even care anymore?
